Marlow 3's put in a strong effort against a Newbury team that were well drilled and fit. Newbury scored a short corner before half time which came from a defected drag flick into the top bins. Marlow's man of the match Ivor (GK) could have done nothing with it, strong goal!!!

Marlow pressed well and had the run of the game but couldn't get the ball into the back of the net.

All 22 players left the pitch on their knees after a very hard fought match.

No qualms losing a game where the boys put in 110%.
