Despite the fact we suspect half of Marlow had a hot bath by lunchtime, it takes more than a bit of rain to dampen our hockey spirit. It was a brilliant morning for all four of the Marlow U8 teams at Wokingham HC.
The children didn't even notice they were soaked with their outstanding efforts, solid tackles, fantastic passing and goal hunting expeditions. All the coaches were impressed and we look forward to the next tournament.
